Why You OvereatWhile I titled this post “The Answers to Why You Overeat,” I could have titled this “why you drink”, “why you take drugs”, or “why you neglect yourself” because it all applies.

There is a root, whether you want to look at it or not, that causes these feelings we have inside of us that we want to run away from. And after watching a 20 minute video this week about it from a true “researcher”, I am more passionate than ever about helping you find a solution to get OUT OF IT.

This is one of the reasons I created the Fit 2 Love 2 Day Workshop so we can get to this root and start to dig it up. It is not serving you and you have the ability to change it. We all do.

Thank god for researchers- I don’t have the patience to do it in the scientific way it needs to be done to “prove” a point. I have been doing my own research for 20 years on love, life, and health which is why my new brand, Fit 2 Love, has been born.

It’s not about the size of the dumbbell or the speed of your interval training!!

Are those things important? Yes! They are important AFTER you overcome the belief that you have about yourself that keeps you sabotaging your success and happiness. I just watched a video that I want to share with you by Brene Brown.

Brene Brown, Ph.D. is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past ten years studying vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame. Brené spent the first five years of her decade-long study focusing on shame and empathy, and is now using that work to explore a concept that she calls Wholeheartedness.
