Dream A Little Bilingual Kid’s Music Album

Children's Music, Bilingual, Nathalia, Dream A LittleDream a Little (Suena un Poquito) is the latest offering of Nathalia. Originally from Columbia, Nathalia attended Berklee College of Music and graduated with a degree in Music Therapy.  Her background with early childhood music education coupled with a passion for bilingual education has served as a catalyst for creating FUN themed-based diverse songs the whole family can enjoy.  Each track is in a different genre and written specifically to EDUCATE, INSPIRE, tell a STORY, or simply GET YOU MOVING.

Recently, I put the album to the test with my nine year old, who is currently interested in learning Spanish, after listening to the CD she said, “I think kids would like this because they can learn Spanish words and it is fun to dance to the happy tunes.”  She wants to add this CD to her collection!

Dream a Little (Suena un Poquito), takes “kid’s music” to a whole new level while whisking you off on all new musical adventures, before you know it, you will find yourself and your little one singing in Spanish. A follow up to her debut album From Here to There released in 2012, Dream a Little brings out the best of Nathalia’s clever English-Spanish bilingual approach to songwriting. The album was engineered and co-produced by two-time Grammy winner Shafik Palis (Carlos Vives), and includes the talents of Andres Castro (Ricky Martin, Alejandro Sanz), Fernando Pedroma (Jennifer Lopez, Paulina Rubio, Christian Castro), Juan De Lunque (Carlos Vives), Mark Nilan Jr. (Glee) and many others.

Nathaila’s songs have been featured on a number of online radio stations and blogs including Saturday Morning Cereal Bowl, Spanglish Baby, Musical Merry-Go-Round, Babyradio and more.  Find out more about her at www.nathaliamusic.com or connect with her on Facebook.  You can also check out her music video for There’s No One Like You below.
