Expo Booths are a great way to bring Information to those that need it most. Whether you want to be at one, two or all three events it is important to register early to secure the space you want in the best location.

Booth location determined on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore early registration is highly recommended. Once your application has been received with payment, you will be able to choose your booth location.

Expo/Event Rules and Regulations

Our shows are designed for the display, demonstration and sale of family-related products and services that promote and/or develop the health, character, imagination, education and creativity of children. What’s Up For Kids, LLC reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the eligibility of all exhibits.

Exhibit

What’s Up For Kids, LLC will provide the use of one draped 6′ table and 2 chairs. The width and length of the exhibit may not extend into the aisle at any time. What’s Up For Kids, LLC reserves the right to modify, limit or alter any exhibit to comply with the overall quality and appearance of the show. To prevent over representation, some exhibitor categories will be admitted according to a category quota system, on a first come, first serve basis. If quota is met, applicants will be notified and space fee returned.

Show Hours

The show hours vary depending on the expo and will be sent to you upon registration. Exhibits must be completely set up 15 minutes prior to the opening public hours. No further set up will be allowed after that time. Exhibits must be continually staffed and remain intact throughout the Show hours. No exhibit or portion thereof may be removed from the hall during show hours. All exhibitors agree not to dismantle until 1 minute after the show ends. Any exhibitor who dismantles prior to that time may become ineligible for participation in future events and may be fined $100. Exhibits must be removed from the building within 1 hour following the end of the show.

Liability

This agreement shall not constitute or be considered a partnership, employer-employee relationship, joint venture or agency between What’s Up For Kids, LLC (WUFK) and Exhibitor. Exhibitor further agrees that WUFK and their respective agents and employees shall not be responsible in any way for damage, loss, and destruction of any property of Exhibitor or injury to Exhibitor or its representatives, agency employees, licenses or invitees. Exhibitor shall be liable for any and all damages which the Exhibitor may cause to the show building in connection with its exhibit. The Exhibitor may be required to produce a certificate of insurance 30 days prior to the show date. If the exhibition hall cannot be made available or used because of strikes, acts of God, national emergency or any other cause beyond the control of WUFK, then the exhibitor waives any claim against WUFK for damages by reason of such unavailability. We hold harmless and hereby indemnify the WUFK sponsors or their agents for any loss or damage from any cause. We release WUFK from all liability and claims that might arise from our participation.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. Once your contract has been submitted,there will be no refunds, returns or cancellations.
