They are smaller, more tender, and more flavorful versions of their heartier relatives that we enjoy later in the year. Delicious Ribs Recipe: Finger Lickin’ Good!

Delicious Ribs RecipeI made the easiest, yummiest ribs tonight and thought i would share the recipe. Whether you are a working outside the home mom, a home-based business mom, or a full time mom – this is super easy and my kids loved them. I put these in the oven and went back to work!

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3.5 lbs (i used 2 slabs) baby back ribs
  • 1 can beer (12oz)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce!
